Feeling frazzled? Nerves on edge? Then this stress-relief workshop is
With looming end-of-the-year deadlines and the upcoming holiday season,
it’s easy to get swept up in the stressful craziness. In this 2-hour
workshop, we will explore breath techniques and yoga poses to reduce
the physical effects of stress on the body.
You’ll learn how to create freedom and strength in the hips, neck, and
shoulders and methods to safely unlock these habitual tension spots.
Through a dynamic yoga sequence, you’ll reconnect, rejuvenate, and
walk away with tools to help you meet stressful situations with more ease and grace.
